How much do you  charge?

 Our fees are subject to the requirements of the practice.

 We will conducted a scoping visit before we let you know any coatings  before we proceed  with any work

Who are your services for? 

 General Practices and Primary Care Providers

We specialise in General Practice operational  management and support; contractual compliance, including CQC, ICO and other regulatory support packages that cover all aspects of  daily Primary Care workflow process's; Recruitment, Human Resources and general management from support to actual onsite daily management.

Why would I use you?

We have over 35 years of experience in General Practice and Primary Care. Our consultants have a proven track record in delivering support when its needed the most.

If I commission a GPMP consultant will it disrupt my Surgery?

 No, our consultants all have a general practice management background, and understand how general practice functions. Support will be schedules to suit the practice and keep disruption to the bare minimum.

What happens if I don’t agree with the consultant’s findings?

We will conduct a scoping visit at a time that suits you. A report will be provided; outlining any findings and areas that may need addressing. At this point, you may chose to implement the necessary measures your self, or alternatively, commission us to do the work. At this point you may discuss any issues that you may be in disagreement with or may need further clarification.

How will it affect my workforce?

Any support work will not affect the workforce. We will be discrete and only engage with staff after consultation and approval be yourselves.

Will the associated work be strictly confidential?

Yes, absolutely, Confidential.

Is it a ‘hard sell’ by the consultant carrying out the Free Assessment?

No, we are a professional Primary Care Consultancy Service and do not engage in cold or hard selling Tack Ticks. The decisions to commission support are yours by choice and requirements.

How will it differ from advice from the CCG, PCN, NHSE, or my accountant or bankers?

Our support and advice is operational in nature; we will not produces a report with hundreds of pages that you will then need to implement. We are hands on, and will check compliance and legal requirements from the ground level up.

How do I know I am getting the right specialist?

If you are a general practice or another allied Primary health Care Organisation, then, rest assured that, we are specialist in this field.

How much will I be expected to do?

This depends on you. The report will outline any issues that may need to be addressed. At this point, you may deicide to do some of the work internally, or alternatively, commission the whole project to us.

How quickly will I see results?

Depending on the scale and nature of your problem, this is usually, almost, Immediately, depending on compliance and legal restraints.

How do you guarantee your services?

The proof is in the pudding is in the eating; you will see our support package materialise into effective and efficient results that will remain your organisations intellectual property; be it, policies, protocols, human resources documentation, or buildings and facilities compliance checks, audits, or risk assessments.
